VHF Phrasebook provides ready-made maritime-style radio message templates in Polish and English. Access: Help → Safety at sea → VHF Phrasebook.

Setup (top of screen)

  • Emergency phone (SMS) — include country code, e.g. +48…
  • Emergency WhatsApp number — separate number

Numbers are stored locally in VHF Phrasebook (independent of MOB and the crew list).

Message language

  • PL — Polish templates only
  • EN — English templates only
  • PL + EN — both versions in one message

Categories

  • MAYDAY — grave and imminent danger (fire, MOB, sinking)
  • PAN-PAN — urgent situation without immediate danger (engine failure, medical, tow)
  • SECURITÉ — safety of navigation warnings (hazards, weather, regatta)

How to use

  • Expand a category and select a template
  • Read the full text in the dialog
  • Send SMS or WhatsApp — the app opens the app with pre-filled content

Replace placeholders [NAME], [Lat/Lon], [NUMBER], etc. before sending.
