The Pre-departure checklist module helps you prepare the yacht for a trip — fuel, documents, weather, MOB, anchor, VHF and custom items. Access: Tools → Pre-departure checklist.

Multiple lists

  • Each checklist has a trip name (e.g. “Baltic 2026”) and departure date
  • You can keep separate lists for different voyages
  • Delete an entire list in edit mode (trash icon)

New list — default items

  • Fuel / power
  • Boat and crew documents
  • Weather and wind forecast
  • MOB gear and life jackets
  • Anchor and mooring
  • VHF / communications

Inside a checklist

  • Check off items — state is saved locally immediately
  • Add custom items (FAB “Add item”)
  • Delete a single item (trash icon on the row)
  • Edit list name and date (pencil icon)

Send-to numbers

  • Set SMS and WhatsApp numbers (include country code, e.g. +48…)
  • Numbers are stored locally in this module

Export

  • Send the checklist via WhatsApp or SMS
  • The message includes the name, departure date, status of each item [x]/[ ] and progress (e.g. 4/6)

Data is stored locally on the phone — no cloud sync.
