About describes the “captain of your vessel” mission, lack of certification (MED/IMO, CE navigation class, etc.), and auxiliary modules, including:
- Tracks — shortest-line return; BETA along track
- Fishing traps — log and navigate-to-point
- Weather, alarms, MOB, VHF, compass, GPS
- Boat documents, offline emergency guide
You use the app at your own risk — it does not replace certified yacht equipment.
Data is stored locally; exceptions: weather (MET Norway), optional Strava.
